I will now be responsible for well over 100 accounts, many of which exceed $100,000, and being the prime contact for client issues, and my job title is being changed to something called Account Relationship Coordinator, or ARC(catchy, isn't it). It is a job title which, I'm sorry, is just fucking gay and retarded. I want a raise and a laptop computer, neither of which I will get. My responsibilities triple, I will be expected to visit fucking clients which is total bullshit because if I say one wrong fucking thing to someone at the site, salespeople will stab me in the fucking eye for affecting their commissions. I have no idea what the hell I am doing. I am not nearly responsible enough to handle what I am about to be given. But what are they going to do? Fire me, then have a new person come in to this hostile situation and be inundated with this work at the pay I'm getting... Bullshit. Anyone with a brain in their heads would run from this company. All I heard about this company since I started have been complaints. I never knew I could be so frustrated by a job. Oh, I just heard.. No, I won't be getting a raise, but I am approved for 10 hours of overtime per week.
